Regarding:  Sales Experience

Just the overall experience of the dealership, with the - all the sales associates and finance people, they all just, you know, very helpful and polite, so it is just very good experience all around.

Regarding:  Service Experience

"Rich, Tom, Glenn and the staff at Land Rover Louisville have been like family since the first day I brought a used Range Rover to the service bay.  I didn't even buy my first Rover from them but they treated it with kid gloves and made me feel welcome and appreciated.  I even talked my boss into buying a Freelander from the guys a few years ago and he was very happy as well.

My next vehicle purchase I made sure I bought it from Louisville Rover and have never been dissapointed by the service or the product.  If, for some reason I ever own a non-Rover vehicle it will still have to be something the guys there can work on - although I never see that being an issue since I now bleed Rover green."

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jon, my sales person, was so helpful in walking me through all the features of the vehicle. The entire experience of buying this vehicle was OUTSTANDING! They turned me away from Lexus after two leases - I won't go back.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

It was just in the air, they were nice people in the dealership and they made it a very nice experience. They just - they did a great job, no pressure and they delivered what the promised at a fair price and I am a fan of the dealership and Rich who helped us there is a really nice guy. And everybody in the dealership was more than kind.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

Well, I cannot think of anything that I did not find unsatisfying. I love the car, I loved the sales approach that John Philben, my salesman, used. I love that he has called once and sent an email thanking me and just reassuring me that if there was anything that I needed that he would be available. It was just top-notch and just a very classy experience. My husband has driven it more than I have. I picked it up on Monday and drove it home, and today was the first time that I could drive it because it was on the road with him so much - to the point that he is seriously considering a purchase himself.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

This was the best car sales experience we ever had.  We would buy again just for this reason.  Jon and his manager were wonderful.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

The salesman was really, very professional and just very thorough and just made it a pleasant experience, you know. I would just say that the salesman, John, was just - I mean, he made it - he made me want to buy it. I mean, it was - you know, I was kind of on the fence, but you know, the way he approached it and everything, made it very pleasurable, I guess you could say.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

Jon Philbin is the main reason I bought a Land Rover after my last experience.  He is a tru knowledgeable caring sales specialist.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

Well, the sales staff and as well as the financial officer were very knowledgeable. They made the process quite simple. They explained well and upon delivery they did a really good job of explaining how all the things on the car worked as well as their follow up afterwards. I just think that - this is the third Land Rover I purchased from the same dealership and I expect I will continue purchasing from them because they make the whole process very simple.”

Cary Thale  (2007 Range Rover Sport)

Regarding:  Sales Experience

Jon Philbin was courtious, pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest in his explanation of the Range Rover Sport. He compared different makers' SUV's with the Sport, and delivered a compact but convincing pitch on the advantages of the Land Rover product line. He is a joy to deal with and will definitely consult him in the future when my current lease is completed. I have bought 3 cars over the past year, and I was extremely impressed with the way that Mr. Philbin conducted himself and the honestly that he provided...which is the start of future and longlasting busniess relationship.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

My first Land Rover was purchased honestly without a lot of knowledge of the product but after talking with the sales staff I was sold, which is very rare for me. But I have been impressed with the quality of the vehicle from day one. At that time I was driving a little under 50,000 miles a year and really felt that I had a very safe and comfortable car that could handle any weather, road, or problem I may encounter. Especially the time in East Tennessee the road got washed out and I spent the afternoon pulling other cars and trucks out of mud and water..

I felt so good about the Range Rover that I have one daughter in a Discovery, another in a LR3 and another in a Range Rover Sport. I have also owned 2 Freelanders and 6 other Range Rovers over the years.

Now I don't drive near as much but I love the safety and ability of the Land Rovers. I now tow one of two boats when I get a chance and I can tow my fishing boat into and out of anything I want, and my 24' runabout can be pulled up any ramp, regardless of type of ramp or weather.

I have all the luxury and ride of a big sedan and the speed and handling of much smaller car and the ability to treat it like a truck to haul and go anywhere I may need. Why would you want anything else?

Regarding:  Sales Experience

I just though I should send you an e-mail to let you know how much I have enjoyed my new Land Rover.  We all know what an excellent driver I am and let me tell you, it's nice to know that when I look up from reading a paper just to see the car in front of me has stopped, my strong brakes won't let me down (like the other cars did).  And although hitting mailboxes is not necessarily part of off roading, you hard working guys took care of that quick!! Thanks.  Let me be honest with you, however, the best part of my Land Rover are the seat heaters (in my nice suade seats)  which are not just for those cold winter days, but also for when Katie falls asleep and wakes up sweating because I turned it on!!  Also I can't forget, I hate to be that "material girl" but it's a pretty hot car also, if I don't say so myself!

Thanks a lot,

Kelsey Rothberg

Rich Allen of Bluegrass Land Rover has been a main reason I buy their Product... Rich is courteous, always follows through, and has a great presence about himself. The entire staff at Bluegrass is great, but Rich is a "standout." I wish he worked with our company. He is on top of every problem.

Regarding:  Sales Experience

We cannot say enough about Land Rover of Louisville.  The service that we received was outstanding!  Buying a car from them was actually painless, you know how you go to those other dealerships and they do nothing but hound you the whole time you are there, well here, it's the total opposite.  They treat you with respect and give you your space until you are ready for them.  They actually made it fun to by a car!  They took my five year old son on the Land Rover trail and he thought that was the coolest thing ever.  We have had our LR3 for over a year now and they continue to call us and make sure everything is okay.  Without a doubt, we will buy from Land Rover of Louisville again!

Regarding:  Sales Experience

When it comes to buying a new vehicle I am a skeptic.  I have had my share of your typical negative experiences, from the hustle once your on the lot to the " give me something to show my manager that your serious about this car" pitch line.  I have bought a lot of cars and negotiated with a lot of dealerships in Louisville and I can tell you, they are all the same.

I expected the same negative experience last Sept when my wife and I visited the Landrover dealership at Bluegrass Motor Sports, what I found was a car buying experience that I have never dealt with before.  I knew the Landrover was a good vehicle; I did my research but I didn't how willing the dealership would be to make the LR3 affordable for me.  I knew right away this was a different way of selling cars, they made us feel like we were part of a family.  From entertaining my 4 year old to the coffee it was a great experience.  I felt then and have been reassured since the day I drove my LR3 off the lot that they would always take care of us; we weren't simple a sale that was over.

During the last year I have received numerous calls and e-mail from my salesmen making sure everything is going ok, I have been invited to owner get togethers at the Dealership and I have been treated like royalty when I have brought my LR3 in for routine maintenance. ( my son always wants to go so he can get a ride on the Landrover rock course at the dealership).

It's pretty simple, not only do they have great vehicles at Bluegrass Motor Sports but they know how to treat someone who is willing to spend their hard earned money like I was.  For the first time in my life I am looking forward to a future vehicle purchase, I love my LR3 but they have a Range rover with my name on it.  Because they do business right, they have gained a lifelong customer.
